Patient Participation Group

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.

To help us with this, we have a Patient Particpation Group.

A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients, carers and GP practice staff who meet quarterley to discuss practice issues and patient experience to help improve the service.

If you wish to contact the PPG and have your voice heard, please use the Contact link.

Please do not use this form for formal complaints - these should always be directed to the Practice Manager.

We know that waiting for a doctor's appointment can be frustrating. There are other NHS services that can help you without you first needing to see a doctor. We would like to find out how you access GP services and what other services you are aware of and which ones you use.

We do not ask for your name, NHS Number or any sensitive health information but we would like to understand who you are within the broader community. This survey is conducted by the PPG and is not connected to NHS England/Ipsos GP Patient Survey. To complete the survey please use the link below.
